Procell Microchanneling
Procell microchanneling faq
What Are The Benefits Of ProCell (Microchanneling)?
ProCell brings several benefits to the table that include but are not limited to:
Reduced wrinkles and fine lines. By stimulating the natural production of skin-tightening agents such as collagen and elastin, Procell visibly lowers the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
Improved skin tone. Procell reduces the appearance of rosacea (redness), hyperpigmentation (discoloration), and age spots (dark spots).
Decreased scarring. Acne scars and stretch marks can obscure the look and texture of your otherwise perfect skin. With Procell, your skin’s natural growth factors can visibly reduce these issues and give your skin a healthy glow.
Quick recovery. As a non-invasive procedure, Procell delivers its results without penetrating live tissue or making any incisions in your skin. This shortens your recovery time to just a few hours with minimal side-effects.
Reduced discomfort. Patients typically tolerate Procell microchanneling without numbing cream and still don’t experience any discomfort. If you are concerned about it, we can provide you with numbing cream for the treatment. Following the treatment, patients do not experience discomfort but may notice a tightness to their skin for a while.
No downtime. You do not have to take time off of work. You can return to your professional duties and social activities right after the treatment session.

What Happens During A ProCell (Microchanneling) Treatment?
Once you are settled in, your skin will be cleansed and prepped for your treatment. During the treatment, as the device moves over the treatment area, it creates tiny punctures over the upper layers of your skin that trigger your skin’s healing processes. The microchannel treatment may take anywhere from 30-60 minutes, depending on the treatment area(s). During the treatment we will apply growth factor serums to boost the effects of the procedure. After the treatment you'll enjoy a cooling and hydrating face mask. Finally, you will have an LED session that will last up to 15 minutes.
Once this process is complete, you can leave and immediately resume most of your professional and personal engagements. You will need to follow certain aftercare instructions such as avoiding sun exposure and not applying any makeup for a certain period. These necessary suggestions are provided to you right after the treatment to help you take care of your skin, reduce discomfort, and achieve ideal results.
What Does Recovery After Procell Microchanneling Look Like?
You can resume most of your normal activities immediately after the treatment. While you may feel a tightness across the treatment area immediately after the treatment, it typically subsides within a few hours. You may also notice common side effects such as redness and heightened sensitivity across the treatment area, but these go away on their own within a few days.
